These terms apply when you use The AI Daily Grind: the website aidailygrind.com, the email newsletter, the podcast, our videos, and our accounts on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). The AI Daily Grind is run by Lange Cornu, in Québec, Canada. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What we offer

A free daily recap of AI news in simple English, a weekly opinion piece (Le Café Noir), audio and video versions, and short videos posted on our own social media accounts. It is free. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time.

Written with AI

Our stories, voice, pictures and videos are made with the help of AI tools, from public news sources. They can contain mistakes. Always check the sources we link. Nothing here is legal, financial, medical or professional advice. More in our Disclaimer.

The email newsletter

You subscribe with your email address and confirm it. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. How we handle your email address is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our videos and social media posts

We post our own content (short videos, pictures and text about the day's AI news) only on our own accounts. Our posting tools are used only by us, to publish to accounts we own; they are not offered to the public. When we connect one of our own accounts to a platform's tools (for example TikTok's Content Posting API), we only use the permissions needed to post our own videos and to show the account name. We do not collect, read, store or sell other people's data from these platforms.

On each platform, the platform's own terms also apply.

Using our content

You are welcome to read, listen, watch and share links to our pages and posts. Please do not copy whole editions, videos or audio and publish them as your own, or sell them, without asking us first. The news we summarize belongs to its original authors, and we always link to them. Stock photos and video clips in our videos are used under their own licenses (for example Pixabay and Unsplash).

Be fair

Do not try to break, overload or misuse the website, the subscription form or our services, and do not use them to send spam or to harm anyone.

No guarantee

The AI Daily Grind is offered "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise it will always be correct, complete or available. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using it or relying on it.

Links to other sites

We link to news sites, research and other services we do not control. Their content and terms are their own.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If you keep using The AI Daily Grind after a change, you accept the new terms.
